At TerraBlaze Adventures, we protect and respect our clients' personal details and privacy. Any information we collect—such as your name, email, phone number, passport copy, and health details—is used solely for securing trekking permits and managing your bookings.

We never sell, trade, or distribute your personal information to third parties or advertisers. All details are stored on secure servers in compliance with security standards.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip with our agency:

• Trekkers must provide a valid copy of their passport and accurate details when booking.
• Weather in the Himalayas is unpredictable; schedules and itineraries may change due to natural conditions. In such cases, the guide's decision will be final and binding.
• The company reserves the right to terminate a trek midway for safety reasons if a trekker acts against the guide's advice or violates safety regulations.
• Any extra expenses incurred due to flight delays, weather conditions, or natural disasters must be borne by the traveler.

Booking Policy

To secure your booking, a **20% advance payment** of the total trip cost is required. This deposit is used to secure permits, domestic flight tickets, and hotel bookings.

The remaining 80% can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu in cash or via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, the following conditions will apply:

• **Cancellation 30 days or more before departure:** 90% of the advance deposit will be refunded.
• **Cancellation 15-29 days before departure:** 50% of the advance deposit will be refunded.
• **Cancellation 14 days or less before departure:** No refund will be provided for the advance deposit.
• If the trip is cancelled by the company due to technical/unforeseen reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.
