Mera Peak is the highest of Nepal's trekking peaks and the classic first Himalayan summit. The route is a glacier walk rather than a climb: crampons, a rope between team members and one short steep step below the summit are the extent of the technical demands. What makes it special is the view — Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Kangchenjunga all visible from the top — and the approach, over the Zatrwa La into the Hinku, one of the least developed valleys in the Everest region.
TerraBlaze runs this expedition end to end: permits and royalties, the approach, a fully staffed base camp, the high-altitude team fixing and stocking the route, daily forecasting and an evacuation plan filed before you land. You bring the fitness and the experience — we handle everything else.
